My husband and I would like to take the May 24 2013 judging class in Rochester to become certified judges, but it is not clear how to sign up. I have clicked on all the links, but they don’t lead to sign-ups, and the phone number has a recording that repeats with no opportunity to leave a message. Can you please help us sign up for this class?
