We are proud to offer a Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) sanctioned barbecue competition right here in Rochester! These are the events you see on the hit TLC TV series BBQ Pitmasters The KCBS event is a State Championship and this means that our winner has a chance to qualify for the Jack Daniels BBQ contest, considered the World Championship of BBQ.
We are extremely team centric, making the competitions as comfortable as possible. We are experienced KCBS cooks, so we know what you need and want. Free Ice, Friday night welcome party, Roc City style Saturday dinner, famous mimosa Sunday breakfast, 24 / 7 coffee, and beverage tickets. $15,000 in prize money! Don’t forget, enter the KCBS contest and get the Roc City Rib Cook Off FREE! The event is being held again at Ontario Beach Park on the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario. First come first serve.
KCBS Teams are given 20 by 30 sites. Extra space can be added on in 10 by 20 blocks for $50 a block. For example a 20 by 40 would be $50 extra, a 20 by 50 would be $100 extra.
