The Roc City Rib Cook Off is included FREE with the KCBS or NEBS competitions, so why not try your hand at one of those comps as well. We love to see our teams move up into the more involved contests. No better way to learn than to jump in! Plus you get the extra space included.
Roc City Rib Cook Off Teams are given 20 by 10 sites. Extra space can be added on in 10 by 20 blocks for $50 a block. For example a 20 by 20 would be $50 extra, a 20 by 30 would be $100 extra.
