We are looking for people to help out and volunteer during the Roc City Rib Fest. Responsibilities will be varied but we will have a t-shirt for those who want to see how these events happen from the inside.

Charity Judging Slots Still Available

We are asking the general public (no certification needed) to judge and donate $20 with 100% going to the Ronald McDonald house of Rochester. Last year was a smashing success!! Thanks to our charity judges we were able to donate $2000 to the Ronald McDonald house of Rochester!!

Attendence 2011

What a great turnout in 2011!!! Over 30,000 rib fans flocked to the beach to enjoy the sun, fun and barbecue. Thanks to every one for helping us raise a ton of money for our charities.

We had a record number of teams as well with 145 teams, see HERE for 2011 results.

Planning is already in the works for next year, hope to see you there!!
