Hello.
We are interested in joining the BBQ competition and have a few questions. First off…. do the competitors feed the public with the bbq they have cooked for the competition and if so how much meat should we provide for the KCBS competion?

The competitors can not feed the public because of health department regulations. You will be feeding only six judges. Most KCBS teams cook something like 2 briskets, two pork butts, six racks of ribs and about 15 pieces of chicken. Thanks for choosing Roc City!
