Retail Vendors

We are currently taking applications for retail vendors for our event.  These are vendors who are actually selling products in the event.  If you are looking for a promotional booth please see our sponsor page.  Cost is $250 for a 10 by 10 spot for the entire event.  Vendors must provide tables, chairs, tents or any other supplies.  Contact Kelly (choose retail vending department) for information fill out the form below.  Thanks!

By submitting this form I agree to abide by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) rules, regulations and judging procedures In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Roc City Rib Fest LLC / KCBS / NEBS / Monroe County and their agents, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me during this event. Furthermore, I hereby grant permission to Roc City Rib Fest and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
